Important Security Update – Request for Residents’ Cooperation
To control unauthorised entry and any untoward incidents, OHRWA, in consultation with the Collegium, has strengthened the security protocols in our society.
🚗 Vehicle Entry Stickers
Residents are requested to collect and affix vehicle entry stickers from the Club Office.
Some delays are currently being observed at the entry gate due to non-tagged vehicles and on-the-spot mobile approvals, leading to queues and inconvenience.
👥 Guest / Cab / Delivery Entry
Residents are also requested to use the pre-approved guest, cab, and delivery entry modules on the NoBrokerHood app, especially while:
Using taxi services 🚕 Or allowing guests or visitors 🧑🤝🧑
⏱️ Why this is important?
Following these steps will:
- Ensure smooth and faster entry of authorised persons
- Reduce waiting time at the gates
Allow security staff to focus on other critical security responsibilities
📲 Steps for Pre-Approval on NoBrokerHood App
1️⃣ Open the NoBrokerHood app
2️⃣ Go to the Guest tab
3️⃣ Select Guest / Delivery / Cab, as applicable
4️⃣ Enter the required details and generate the invite code
5️⃣ The guest can share the code with the security guard at the gate for hassle-free entry
🙏 Request to all residents
Please affix vehicle stickers at the earliest and use the pre-approval feature regularly to help us maintain a safe, secure, and smooth entry process for everyone.
Thank you for your cooperation 🤝
Dear Residents,
As per the directions issued by the Municipal Corporation under the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016, it is mandatory to segregate waste at source into Wet, Dry, and Domestic Hazardous categories.
Failure to segregate waste properly may attract penalties ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 for RWAs and gated societies.
All residents are requested to strictly follow waste segregation guidelines and ensure that wet, dry, and hazardous waste (such as glass, sanitary waste, batteries, etc.) are disposed of separately.
Let us cooperate to maintain cleanliness, safety, and avoid any penalties to our society.
Regards,
OHRWA
Dear Residents,
This is to inform all residents that, in the interest of safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of our residential complex, placing flower pots, planters, or any other items on balcony railings or ledges is strictly prohibited.
Such items can pose a serious safety hazard, especially during high winds or rains, and may also cause inconvenience or damage to the property or residents below.
We kindly request all residents to remove any such items from their balconies railings immediately.
Moreover, it has been seen that many residents have placed clay flower in their balconies. This results in seepage in the downstair balcony roof and pelling off the plaster. During the constant watering of flowers the seepage travels through clay pot resulting in seepage and plaster deterioration. Residents are advised to use plastic flower pots placed on a plaster sheet to avoid direct contact with floor rather than keeping directly on balcony floor.
Your cooperation is highly appreciated in keeping our community safe and well-maintained.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best regards
OHRWA
